- Simple install, but professional install is recommended. Do NOT force the light in, as it can crack with too much force and is not covered under warranty. When installing, both sides of the lamp should be pushed forward at the same time. If pressure is applied on one side more than the other, the spring film behind the lamp will jam the lamp and can cause it to break from uneven stress. Please view our install video below

Hello, that may happen when the third brake light is installed with a bit too much force, that causes stress on the lens. It needs to be installed while gently pushing both sides of the lens in.

I was a bit hesitant to buy this item because other reviews said it cracked but, I gave them the Ben Of it of the doubt after reading why it cracked I decided to order it & honestly I couldn’t be happier with this product I highly recommend as long as you follow their instructions on how to install it!

It looks good but I bought one and installed it and the 3M tape did not stick. In fear of it leaking I could tasted customer service and the best they could do was 50% off another. Same issue on the second but I just had to cut my losses

I love the look that this gave the ass of my car. Very easy to install. Bright when you hit the brakes and dark when you want it dark. I have not seen a color yet that the darker lights do not look better on, of course that is just my personal preference.
