Payments

  • We accept Debit, Credit, PayPal, Amazon Pay Payments, & Cryptocurrency payments. We also offer Financing services through Affirm, PayPal Credit, & Katapult, that are only available for US based customers.
  • Route Shipping Protection – We offer shipping insurance via Route, that is paid for at the time the order is placed. These are Non-Refundable as they are paid straight to Route, and cannot be refunded even if orders are fully refunded.
  • If you are having trouble paying, please contact us and we can make an order for you or send a Invoice to be paid directly
  • Payments made in Cryptocurrency can only be refunded in Store Credit or PayPal


Returns & Refunds

  • Full refunds are available before item ships. All sales are final once processed and shipped. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it on most items, while return shipping and a restocking fee may apply. If there was a mistake or have received a defective item, we can assist on fixing or replacing any item.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
  • Please keep the receipt. We will not accept returns that have been used.
  • If you purchased the wrong item and it is unopened in the original packaging, we will issue a refund with a 15% restocking fee or 10% restocking fee on items over $800+. Installed, modified, or customized parts are non-returnable.
  • IKON MOTORSPORTS / EXTREME ONLINE STORE ITEMS MAY BE SUBJECT TO 20% RESTOCKING FEE

     

     

  • Unpainted (Primer Black) items may include minor blemishes/scratches from molding during production and also shipping
  • These issues aren not considered as damaged, as these parts do not have a protective layer, and are meant to be painted
  • Return shipping is paid for by customer unless there was a mistake or if customer received a defective item
  • Custom painted items are non-refundable
  • Items are not warrantied after installation or use. If you received a damaged item, you must take photos/videos of the box and item before installation. If the item is installed before damage is reported, we cannot honor the warranty.
  • Special order items with a build time may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee
Custom Steering Wheel / Custom Prebuilt Headlight Orders
 
  • Special order steering wheels CANNOT be cancelled due to the fact they are a custom build
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Steering Wheel, you may return your purchase within 15 days after receiving the item. In order to return a product, it must be new and unused, display no wear and tear, and be in its original packaging. Items may be returned by mail.
  • All refunds are issued using the same form of payment that was originally used to complete the initial purchase. You will be refunded the total amount of your purchase, minus a 50% restocking fee that excludes shipping and handling.


Shipping

  • Shipments from us take about 1-3 days to process and about 2-7 days to ship, all depending on the item and unless stated otherwise. Please contact us for exact time on all products and we can gladly assist.
  • International Shipments will be quoted at check out, and may be subject to a surcharge after processing depending. We will contact you within 48 hours if we cannot fulfill your order.
  • Freight Shipments for Bumpers/Hoods/Body Kits or Large Items have a 3-5 day processing time
  • Shipping and Handling are not refundable
  • All non-US customers are responsible for all import taxes and duties. These are charged by carriers and customs, not to us or by our company
  • Return shipping is paid for by customer unless there was a mistake or if customer received a defective item


Freight Items Shipping Policy
IMPORTANT: In case of shipping damage, receiver must note any damages on the delivery receipt, then accept the package, and inform us of ANY damage within 24 hours. Do not refuse any of the packages! If receiver signs for package and later discovers damages, he/she might not get compensated properly, if at all.
