  Hello! I am truly sorry for issue you are experiencing. The back glass needs to be fully cleaned of all dirt/oils/wax with alcohol pads/mix to let the adhesive cure to the glass. We also recommend letting it sit for at least 1 day before driving to avoid any issues. We are going to send a replacement install kit with alcohol pads to help and will be glad to Facetime you or send an install video for help. We have had this on our 2017 Camaro SS for almost a year with no issues and has been track/drag strip tested.

The plates like to come loose. I’ve prepped the window many times and swapped out the double sided tape. Next time it comes loose I’ll use Gorilla brand tape and black caulk to seal the plate. Every time we get a heavy rain or I remove for a cleaning it pops one loose. Other issue is the nuts and screws are starting to rust because the finish comes off when removing for cleaning. Other than that it looks great.

So I bought this for Christmas and look amazing very well packaged and was easy enough to put on I clean my window really good but still after a few day two of the stick pads keep on coming undone and every time I open my trunk the louver get stuck on it and chips my paint I would like to know why this is happening and how to fix this issue

I cleaned my window really good and after about 2 weeks to a months I was going down the road and I look back and it wasn’t there I did find it it’s a little scratched up but I need some more adhesive pads and the activation stuff and i don’t know where to find them at if anyone could please tell me where to get them that’d be appreciated.
