Still no hope in sight. Being told by Vland that replacements won’t fix my issue. Nextgenspeed is telling me to use my OEM tail lights until Vland does something.

Still malfunction daily, waited two months(owned for three), for replacements from the manufacturer. Manufacturer sends only driver side taillight, swapped in the new taillight, still malfunctioning. Now to wait another two months….
Next-Gen Speed –
Replacements are only sent for the side requested that has any issues. If two lights are having the same issue, it usually is a harness issue or software issue, as a brand new Tail Light should not have the same exact repeated issue.
I recommend cycling through the modes as best as you can to see if that will help reset the tail lights as these are a “mutli-mode” style, and hopefully that will fix them.
We just needed photos of Driver Side Tail Light plugged into the Right side to pinpoint the issue moving forward, and will try our best to speed up VLAND on the second set if needed. I’m really hoping we can reset the lights and the light control system to see if that helps, to avoid waiting on a replacement moving forward.
We’re car guys ourselves and know how things are, and are truly sorry for the experience thus far. We helped VLAND release these first thing and we’ve only had a handful go bad after 2 years and hope we can take care of this quick for you.

Both passenger and driver tail lights malfunction after one month of owner ship, been waiting another month for replacements from the manufacturer. Haven’t received hardly any feed back from nextgen. Most likely will be trying to return for different brand.
